Occupancy is currently 90% but fluctuates as tenants graduate and move to other sites within the the community. The entire complex has been renovated including the upgrading of electric, plumbing, heating and sprinkler systems. Space can be further customized to meet tenant needs. Four ample parking lots provide more than adequate space to meet needs of employees and visitors. Truck transportation to and from the facility is available through a wide variety of commercial carriers."
