Pending Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations on the new Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), JAN developed a publication, The ADA Amendments Act of 2008, that provides guidance on how the ADAAA changes the interpretation of the definition of disability and offers practical tips, processes, and resources to update policies and procedures.
