ADA Information

JAN is a free consulting service that provides information about job accommodations, disability legislation, and the employability of people with disabilities. JAN is a service of the Office of Disability Employment Policy, U.S. Department of Labor.

The DBTACs provide regional training, information, and technical assistance on the ADA and accessible information technology (IT) to businesses, consumers, schools, and government agencies. The ten regional DBTACs were established by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR).

JAN and the DBTACS make this Web portal available to disseminate information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
