Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Title II of the ADA covers programs, activities, and services of public entities. It is divided into two subtitles: 1) Subtitle A of Title II, which is enforced by the Department of Justice, and 2) Subtitle B, which covers public transportation and is enforced by the Department of Transportation.
