Providing written job instructions when possible;

Allowing periodic rest breaks to reorient;

Minimizing distractions with sound absorption panels, cubicle walls and doors, and environmental sound machines;

Moving to a private office or area with less distractions;

Using watches and timers with prompts; and

Allowing employee to use headset to listen to music.
