Kendra Duckworth is a Cognitive/Psychiatric Team Lead Consultant for the Job Accommodation Network (JAN), a service of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Disability Employment Policy. Ms. Duckworth is JAN’s senior mental Impairment specialist and has 16 years experience providing accommodation technical assistance and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance assistance for individualswith psychiatric disabilities, cognitive, and neurological impairments, as well as burn injuries.

Kendra is an experienced national speaker who specializes in ADA Title I and Rehabilitation Act compliance and accommodations for hidden disabilities such as post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, traumatic brain disorder, and learning disabilities.She is credited with a number of nationally cited technical assistance documents related to her field of expertise.Kendra is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Kendra is a member of the West Virginia ADA Coalition.
