The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) turns 16 this year! How
has the law changed since its enactment in 1990? The presenters will
provide an overview of accommodation trends and legal developments
related to Title I of the ADA. A review of policy milestones will
provide insight into effective employment strategies in the private
and public sectors. Legal cases and accommodation inquiries since
the ADA’s enactment will be highlighted.
