This Webcast will provide an update from JAN and the Department of Defense's Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP) on how to incorporate successful accommodation strategies into your disability management plan. The speakers will address how to use a needs assessment and the accommodation process as tools for hiring, retaining, and promoting people with disabilities. The speakers will describe their services and provide specific examples of successful accommodation strategies involving the aging workforce, emergency preparedness, and return of wounded service members.
